Return Policy

At Renova Medical Aesthetics, we carefully select professional, medical-grade skincare products to ensure the highest quality and results for our patients.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for store credit only. Products must be in their original packaging and condition, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is determined to be defective.

Renova Medical Aesthetics does not offer cash or credit card refunds for product purchases. Approved returns will be issued as store credit that may be used toward future product or service purchases.

For orders that were shipped, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit issued, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Renova Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

If you believe you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item at info@renovamedco.com so we can assist you.
