Kaitlyn Morton-DNP, FNP-C
Hormone and Wellness Specialist
Kaitlyn is a proud Colorado native, and brings not only advanced clinical training but also a deep-rooted love for wellness, vitality, and the great outdoors. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Creighton University, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, whole-person care.
Kaitlyn is passionate about hormone optimization and helping clients feel their best from the inside out. Whether it's navigating fatigue, brain fog, or the subtle signs of imbalance, she believes in empowering patients with education, personalized care, and a compassionate ear.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Kaitlyn exploring Colorado’s peaks, hiking scenic trails, or soaking in everything nature has to offer.

Jamie Miller - RN BSN
Master Injector
Jamie is a Registered Nurse with over 18 years of experience spanning emergency and trauma care, clinical nursing, and medical aesthetics. With a strong foundation in healthcare and a natural eye for beauty, she’s found her passion in helping clients feel confident and radiant—without ever losing what makes them uniquely themselves.
Jamie believes in enhancing natural features and supporting graceful aging through artistic, science-backed care. She's also a firm believer in education, taking time to ensure every client feels informed, comfortable, and empowered in their aesthetic journey.
Outside of the clinic, Jamie is a proud mom of four and finds joy in family life and meaningful connection. Her philosophy? Keep beauty natural, fun, and deeply personal.
Shannon Munson
Licensed Esthetician and Skin Specialist
Shannon received her license in esthetics through Toni&Guy in Colorado Springs following a passion in makeup and all things beauty. Shannon specializes in facials and hydrafacials, and loves to help people feel relaxed.
Her husband is her high school sweetheart and together they have two boys.
Kourtney Krietemeier
Licensed Esthetician and Skin Specialist
Kourtney comes to Renova with an extensive background in people relations and expertise in marketing. She loves all things beauty and skincare. And can't wait to share all her tips and tricks over social media. She is a momma to the cutest little girl and some fur babies. We are lucky to have her as part of our team!
Karen Vasquez
Lead Medical Assistant
Karen is our lead medical assistant. She is great at reading minds and skilled at patient care. She is finishing her Bachelors degree in Integrative Physiology. Her goal is to attend PA school and one day be injecting herself.
She is a horror movie fanatic. In her free time you can find her out and about...she is a true people person!
Melanie Crowley
Practice Manager
Melanie comes to Renova with extensive experience in customer relations and management skills. Melanie is the warm smile that greets all our clients as they walk through the door. She is a mom of 3 adorable girls and a cute puppy Daisy. She goes out of her way to help our clients and keep our clinic running smoothly.
Nicole Stassinopoulos
Clinic Coordinator
With a background in marketing and a master’s in speech-language pathology, Nicole has always been passionate about connecting with people—whether through communication, storytelling, or thoughtful service. She began her career in advertising, then spent over a decade in healthcare before pivoting into blogging, podcasting, and digital marketing during the pandemic.
A former co-host of Don’t Call Me Midlife, Nicole first came to Renova as a client, eventually turning that trust and connection into a calling. Now, as our Clinic Coordinator, she brings a blend of strategy, creativity, and heart to everything she does. Nicole lives in Colorado with her husband of 17 years and their three amazing boys.
