History - Renova Medical Aesthetics
Renova Medical Aesthetics began with a simple conversation and a bold vision. Allie Edwards, a dedicated mother of four boys and a Registered Nurse working weekends in the ER, had always been passionate about helping people. One day, while attending one of her son’s basketball games, she struck up a conversation with a friend who planted an idea that would change her life—why not start her own aesthetics business? They discussed the growing demand for skilled nurses in the aesthetics industry and the opportunity to help men and women feel confident in their own skin.
Inspired by this conversation, Allie set out to turn this vision into reality. She spent months training, researching, planning, and laying the foundation for what would become Renova Medical Aesthetics. On July 15, 2019, she officially opened her practice, working from a small, windowless room she rented inside Aloha Salons on Jerry Street in Castle Rock, Colorado. It was a modest beginning, but Allie’s commitment to excellence and client care quickly built a loyal following. ​​​​

A year later, as her business grew, she moved to a larger space in the Riverwalk on Wilcox Street, where natural light poured in through large windows, making the space feel more open and inviting. Despite the difficulties and government shutdowns caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Renova continued to grow, a testament to Allie’s resilience, adaptability, and the trust her clients placed in her services. With the expansion came new challenges and opportunities. Allie soon found herself outgrowing this space as well, hiring her first team members—a receptionist to manage calls and scheduling and a nurse injector to work alongside her.
Recognizing the need for a more permanent home, Allie made the bold decision to establish her own location. She found the perfect spot in Oakwood Park Plaza on 5th Street, right at the base of "the Rock," Castle Rock’s iconic landmark. Though the new space felt massive at first, it was thoughtfully designed to support Renova’s growing team and clientele. It featured four beautiful provider rooms, a supply room, a staff meeting and lunch area, and a charming lobby and front desk. In February 2022, Renova officially moved into this new location, marking a major milestone in the company’s journey.
Since then, Renova Medical Aesthetics has flourished. Allie has built a strong team, carefully selecting employees who not only have great potential but also share her vision for providing exceptional care. Through innovation, dedication, and a deep passion for aesthetics, Renova has become a trusted name in the community—helping people look and feel their absolute best.
From a small windowless room to a thriving medical aesthetics practice, Renova’s story is one of passion, perseverance, and purpose. And the journey is just getting started.
